Person in charge

The person in charge of protecting personal information at Devlense is Gabriel Nadon. For any question or request: bonjour@devlense.com.

What we collect

When you fill out the form: your name, mobile number, email and, if you provide them, your company and current website, plus your answers to the three questions.

When you visit the page: the source of your visit (for example an ad and its campaign parameters), kept only for your browsing session.

Why

To get back to you about your project, prepare our call and make you a proposal. We never sell your information.

Cookies and Meta

The Meta pixel only loads if you accept cookies. It measures visits coming from our ads.

If you check the consent box on the form, we inform Meta of your request and of the outcome of our call, with your ad click identifier and your email and phone converted into unreadable code (SHA-256 hashing). Meta uses it only to measure and improve our ads, for 180 days. Without that box, nothing is sent to Meta.

Service providers and hosting

Your information goes through providers that help us run the service: Cloudflare (page hosting) and Resend (the email that notifies us of your request), as well as our customer tracking tool. These providers may store data outside Québec, including in the United States. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and related legal obligations. Otherwise, it is deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to bonjour@devlense.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
